Working with our Allie was an absolute delight. From the moment we first spoke, her dedication to making our day special was evident. Our wedding definitely had its challenges leading up to the big day. When our original venue was destroyed in a storm, Allie was accommodating and proactive despite such a stressful situation. I appreciated having someone to email about minor details (like napkin colors) and having the peace of mind that the day would run smoothly with her at the helm. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from coordinating vendors to efficiently handling last-minute changes. Her unwavering support and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. Allie was phenomenal in executing the vision I had for my wedding day! We hired her for wedding management package which provided us access to her online planning resources (which were a huge help!), coordination meetings, timeline creation, rehearsal help, as well as having her & her assistant help us on the wedding day.Though I had a venue coordinator, I 100% feel that my day flowed seamlessly by having the help of Allie as my personal coordinator/ planner. She was with me during the challenging parts of wedding planning and was always one text away to make me feel supported, heard, and seen especially when wedding planning can feel like such an isolating process. She remembered the details I had in mind and improved upon the ideas I originally had. I also appreciated how she made sure my wedding party and family members were checked up on throughout the ceremony & take-down of the event. When the night was over, she made sure everything was ready to go so my husband and I did not need to worry or stress about anything.If you're considering her services, just do it, because her help, guidance, words of wisdom, direction, and confidence in what she does, truly gives you reassurance and takes off the mental load on your wedding day.We appreciate you Allie!
Allie was absolutely amazing! As a bride who DIY’d many elements of our wedding, having her by my side was truly invaluable. Her eye for detail, flexibility, professionalism, and constant support made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. She was a true advocate for us and always had our backs through the stress, opinions, and moving parts. Most importantly, she made sure our wedding reflected exactly what my husband and I wanted. We truly could not have had such an incredible and unforgettable wedding without her.
One question I have been asked about our wedding is what is one thing we would not do differently, and that was our decision to hire Allie. Allie was beyond amazing as our day of coordinator and everyone who took part in our wedding agreed. She made the process seamless and was ready to handle any issues we had. We did not utilize her full planning services, but she took my dream and laid it out exactly as I envisioned in my head. She was easy to get a hold of, and on top of that, a general delight to spend time talking to during out meetings we had. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who asks me, and even those who don't. You are in great hands with her!
I cannot recommend Sparkle & Lace Events enough. Allie is kind, organized, patient and takes the time to get to know you and really becomes a friend through the whole process. She was a dream to work with. My wedding was at a horse ranch in the middle of nowhere with lots of moving pieces and vendors to coordinate, all while juggling minimal service, complicated delivery instructions, and multiple backups plans based on weather. Allie was invaluable in the planning process, always willing to answer my million questions. On the wedding day I was able to be fully present and not worry about a thing because I knew she had everything under control. My husband and I joke that we want to get married again so we can plan another one! Thank you for making my wedding dreams come true Allie!
Allie was by far the best person I could have hired to help me with my wedding. I know that we all struggle with the cost that we are spending with our wedding. I don’t know what I would have done without her; she is by far worth her cost. She helped me stay organized and calm. She always answered my questions and worries. I personally hired her to plan my wedding and work the day of the event. She kept every little detail organized which was so helpful for me. We regularly met whether it was a call or in person meeting to keep up to date with each other. There were points where I was unsure what I wanted and changed my mind multiple times. Allie always kept a positive mindset and made me feel secure with my decisions. When it came to the day of my wedding, Allie kept me up to detail whether we were on schedule or not. We met with Allie for potential wedding coordination and she was a dream. She was responsive, helpful, punctual, inquisitive, and answered all of the questions we had. We ended up booking a venue with a built in coordinator, but will be recommending Allie should we have any opportunity to. I’m Anthony and I have been photographing weddings since 2016. I had the privilege of working with Allie at a recent wedding. As a wedding photographer, it is important that I work with organized and professional coordinators. Having a good coordinator can make all the difference in how smooth a wedding evolves. Allie was everything I could want in a coordinator. She was professional, organized and worked well with everyone. She’s motivated and passionate to provide a great service, so if you need a planner/coordinator, I would consider her for your wedding event.
Allie is AMAZING. Our venue required that we hire a coordinator, so it wasn't our idea. In retrospect, however, I can't imagine doing the day without her. She made our special day feel perfect and stress-free, allowing us to focus on the things that mattered while she handled all of the details. From day one, Allie excelled at communication and organization, and was on top of both comms with vendors + me, the disorganized bride 😅 She provided guides and access to the planning software she uses, which were both super helpful through our planning process. On the day of, she arrived early to begin setup and was full of calm, positive energy. She checked in with me throughout the day to make sure I had everything I needed and to get approval for decor setup. She worked extremely well with the other vendors to ensure our timeline ran well, that everybody got to eat, and that I had everything I needed. She came prepared with a kit for bridal snafus, which was amazing when my second outfit needed a little TLC. She even helped walk us through the cake cutting when we realized we didn't know exactly what to do. Overall, we were extremely impressed with her professionalism and couldn't have done the day without her. Thank you Allie!
Allie did a great job with my Son's wedding. She took over the details so that we could enjoy the day. Everything was lovely. We would not have had such a nice wedding without her help. She thought of all the things that we would not have. It saved us time and money. She is very professional and stays on top of everything. We will definitely use her again if our other child gets married. Thank you, Allie!
